Added Ingredients For Apple Juice

Apple juice is fantastic on its own, but there are certain ingredients that you can add to bring your juice to the next level. In this section, I am going to go over a few ingredients that will make your apple juice extra tasty. Check out my favorite options below:

  • Spices – You would be surprised how delicious apple juice can be if you add a little cardamom or cinnamon into the mix.
  • Sweetener – If you want to tone down a super tart batch of apple juice, it is a good idea to add a sweetener. Maple syrup, agave, honey, or sugar are all great options.
  • Greens – If you want to make your apple juice a little healthier, you can always add spinach or kale to your juice. This will make your juice healthier.
  • Citrus – Adding a little citrus juice can help create balance. It is also a great way to stop your apple juice from going brown too quickly.
  • Fruit – If you want to add extra flavor to your juice, I recommend adding berries, guava, or mango to your apple juice.
  • Water – This may seem like a strange ingredient to add to your juice. But diluting your juice with coconut water or sparkling water can add a little extra zing to your already delicious apple juice.
  • Alcohol – There is nothing more delicious than a delicious glass of vodka and apple or rum and apple. Especially when you are relaxing over the weekend.

There are countless apple juice recipes that you can follow. Not all of them make use of my favorite added ingredients. For example, you can make apple and carrot juice, apple and kiwi juice, apple and ginger juice, or any other combination you prefer.
